What should I do if login says invalid email or password?
Confirm the email address, password, approval status, and password hash in the users table. Reset the password using a secure password_hash() generated value if needed.
How do wallet deposits work?
A pending payment is created first. Wallet balance should only update after Stripe, PayPal, M-Pesa, or manual processing confirms a successful transaction.
When are escrow funds released?
Funds are released after the employer approves completed work or after a dispute resolution decision allows release.
How do I manage notifications?
Go to the Notifications page to filter, mark read, clear read notifications, or open related marketplace records.
How do I change the page color?
Click the floating color palette button at the bottom-right corner and select your preferred theme. The choice is saved in your browser.
